Usage
Dissolve 10 grams of AlkaGreens powder (1 generous scoop) in water, fruit juice, or mix into a SuperSmoothie once or three times a day. Take it preferably half an hour before meals.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:
