Usage
Take 10ml in 120ml of water, preferably before breakfast. Open the bottle: slowly unscrew the cap and wait a few seconds; close the bottle again and then shake gently. Always shake the bottle before use. Any foaming that may occur upon opening the product is due to the nature of the ingredients.

For persons with hypothyroidism or under thyroid treatment, consult your doctor.
Consult your doctor if you are using anticoagulants at the same time.

Storage instructions
After opening, always store the bottle in the box (on the biophoton plate) in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months.
