with 22.5 mg elemental zinc (225% RI*)

Ingredients
Stabilizers (microcrystalline cellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), zinc bisglycinate, capsule shell (hydroxymethylpropylcellulose), anti-caking agent (talc)

Usage
Take 1 capsule once a day with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
