Usage
Children aged 6 to 10 years: 1 capsule per day (1000 IU = 500% RI*), with one of the main meals, with a glass of water.
Teenagers from 11 years and adults: 1 to 3 capsules per day (1000 IU = 500 % RI* or 3000 IU = 1500 RI*), with the main meals, with a glass of water.
