Mannavital Ubiquinol co-enzyme Q10Co-enzyme Q10 can be offered in two forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. Ubiquinone is the oxidized form of co-enzyme Q10, which first needs to be reduced in the body before it becomes active. As we age, the capacity for this conversion decreases. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of co-enzyme Q10, which no longer needs to be converted and is therefore directly active. Furthermore, ubiquinol is also better absorbed than ubiquinone.
- contains ubiquinol obtained through a natural fermentation process (KANEKA®)
- is a scientifically researched form of ubiquinol
- is the reduced, directly active form of co-enzyme Q10, which no longer needs to be converted in the body
- is better absorbed than ubiquinone, the oxidized form of co-enzyme Q10
