Ingredients
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), glucosamine sulphate 2KCL, chondroitin sulphate 90%, fructo-oligosaccharides, natural vanilla flavouring, calcium ascorbate.

Usage
Dissolve one level teaspoon of Triomove in 250 ml of lukewarm water, fruit juice or any non-alcoholic drink twice a day and take preferably after meals.
