Directions for use
Add 2 heaped tablespoons of lecithin granules daily to cereals, muesli, yogurt, cottage cheese, porridge, desserts, soup or juice. Do not heat lecithin with anything, as this reduces its effectiveness. Close the jar tightly after use.

Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.
