Ingredients
Blonde psyllium or plantago ovata (Plantago ovata), finely ground seed husks, Hydrolyzed guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) (SUNFIBER®), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®.
Usage
Stir one heaped tablespoon (10 g) into a glass of water, fruit juice, or vegetable juice twice a day and drink. Preferably drink another glass of water afterwards. For desired effect, one heaped tablespoon per day or half a tablespoon twice a day is sufficient. Do not take simultaneously with medicines.
