Composition

Composition per daily dose of 2 vegetarian capsules:
288 mg Milk Thistle Phytosome (SILIPHOS®),
with 115.2 mg silibin and
172.8 mg sunflower lecithin

19.5 mg Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol equivalents, 164 % RI*,
supplied by mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols;
no D,L-alpha-tocopherol, nor D-alpha-tocopherol

Ingredients
Emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (calcium phosphate), milk thistle extract (silybum marianum), mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols, rice bran extract (oryza sativa)

Use
Maintenance dose: 1 to 2 capsules per day, to be taken with main meals with a glass of water. Intensive dose: 3 to 4 capsules per day, divided over main meals
