Magnesium bisglycinate, carriers (microcrystalline cellulose, inulin), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, talc), thickeners (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-Leucine, glazing agent (medium chain triglycerides), pyridoxal-5-phosphate

Usage
Take 1 tablet 1-4 times a day with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
