Composition

Composition per dose of 1 vegetarian capsule: 
500 mg Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), standardised to 60% EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) and low in caffeine (0.3%).

Ingredients
Green tea, capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), stabiliser (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (vegetable magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

Use
Take 1 capsule twice a day with a glass of water.Green tea:Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.Contains caffeine (0.3%). Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
