Fermented Red Rice & Co-Enzyme Q10 from Mannavital is the combination of two natural fermentation products.

Fermented red rice or red yeast rice is obtained by fermenting steamed rice under the influence of the natural yeast Monascus Purpureus.

Standardized to 1.6% monacolin = 2.99 mg Monacoline K
Co-Enzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)	30 mg

Ingredients
Fermented red rice, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) Oryza sativa (63mg rice starch, 22mg rice flour), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), emulsifier (stearic acid, vegetable)

Usage
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal. Monacoline K intake should be less than 3 mg.
