Ingredients
Valerian, sour cherry, capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), passionflower, hops, rice bran extract (Oryza sativa), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), rice starch, melatonin.
Usage
1 capsule per day, to be taken with a glass of water, half an hour to one hour before bedtime. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
