80 mg Vitamin C (100% RI*), containing calcium ascorbate (2 measuring spoons = 200% RI*)

Usage 1 measuring spoon (maintenance dose) to 2 measuring spoons (intensive dose) per day, to be dissolved in a glass of lukewarm, still drink of your choice.
Can also be processed into a yogurt, shake or smoothie.
