Ingredients
Curcuma longa-phytosome (Turmeric), Methylsulfonylmethane, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), Boswellia serrata-phytosome (Frankincense), EGG SHELL MEMBRANE, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), Vitamin C 97%, Equisetum arvense, emulsifier (magnesium stearate), Undenatured collagen type 2, Manganese bisglycinate.

Usage
4 V-capsules daily, to be taken spread over 2 or 3 meals, with a large glass of water. If the desired effect is achieved, you can switch to 3 to 2 times 1 capsule per day.
