Usage
Adults and adolescents from 14 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day. Adolescents from 10 to less than 14 years: 1 capsule per day. Take with meals, with a glass of water. Not suitable for children under 10 years. Do not consume in combination with other astaxanthin-containing products.
