Acetyl-L-carnitine Platinum from Mannavital contains the semi-essential amino acid carnitine in its natural, bioactive form L-carnitine (levorotatory). By binding with an acetyl group, both the absorption and efficacy of L-carnitine are promoted.

Directions for use
Take 1-2 capsules (maintenance dose) up to 3-4 capsules (intensive dose) per day, divided over meals, with a glass of water.Caution when using antidepressants
