Use
Intensive dose and/or build-up dose: 2 scoops per day (= 6 g pure creatine), divided into 2 intakes. Maintenance dose: 1 scoop per day (= 3 g pure creatine). In special cases, a loading phase of 5 days can be applied with 20 g of micronized creatine monohydrate daily (approximately 6 scoops, divided into 3 intakes). Dissolve in a glass of water or drink of your choice and preferably use during and/or in the proximity of sports activities.
