Nardostachys jatamansi, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Aqueous extract from: Centella asiatica, Convolvulus pluricaulis, Pearl, Thickener: gum arabic, Alpinia galanga, Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Coating: Carboxymethylcellulose, Firming agent: rice.

Usage
Adults: 1 tablet twice a day with warm water or fruit juice.

Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
