Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)	1782 mg
Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari)	158 mg

Ingredients
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari), thickener: gum arabic, firming agent: rice.

Usage
For adults: 1-2 tablets twice a day, 1/2 hour before meals with warm milk or warm water.
