Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Centella asiatica, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Ipomoea digitata, Asparagus racemosus/Indian asparagus (Shatavari), Piper longum (Pippali), thickener: gum arabic, firming agent: rice.

Usage
For adults: Take 2 tablets 2-3 times a day, 1/2 hour before meals with warm water or fresh fruit juice.

Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
