Usage
Adult use: For the first two weeks, take 1 tablet twice a day about half an hour before meals with warm water. Thereafter, take 1 tablet three times a day.

Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medication.
Insufficient data available on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
