Ingredients
Acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium carbonate (marine), natural flavor, sweetener (steviol glycoside), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
Instructions for use
Place the Magnesion® powder in a glass or mug and fill with 20–30 ml of warm or hot water. Let it effervesce and stir until dissolved. Fill the rest of the glass/mug with hot water (200 ml) if you want to drink Magnesion as a "hot drink", or with cold water (200 ml) simply as a tasty, refreshing drink.Individual needs may vary. For example, start with 2 grams (1 scoop) per day and gradually increase this as needed to a maximum of 4 g (2 scoops) per day.Magnesion® Therapy can be taken with or without meals. The amount can be taken at once or divided into 2 to 3 portions throughout the day.This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
