Ingredients Acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium carbonate (marine), natural flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycoside), thiamine mononitrate, cholecalciferol.
Usage Mix the Magnesion® powder in a glass/cup with approximately 25 ml of warm or hot water. Let it fizz and stir until everything is dissolved. Now fill the rest of the glass/cup with warm or cold water (200 ml) and drink it slowly. Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2 g (1 scoop) per day and gradually increase this as needed to a maximum of 4 g (2 scoops) per day. The daily dose can be taken all at once or divided into 2 to 3 portions throughout the day.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
