Directions for Use

With clean hands, roll the earplug into a tight, smooth, crease-free cylinder.

Reaching with the other hand over the head, pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.

Quickly insert the earplug deeply into the ear canal and hold it in place until it expands for a comfortable and secure fit.

Discard after several uses or as soon as dirt or earwax accumulates on the earplugs.

Warnings
Improper insertion will reduce effectiveness, which could result in hearing loss or injury. Remove earplug slowly with a twisting motion to gradually break the seal.
