With the chocolate cake mix from Ma Vie sans Gluten, you can have a delicious, gluten-free chocolate cake on the table in no time!
Also suitable for making gluten-free chocolate cookies.

Ingredients
Chocolate powder* 37% (cocoa*: minimum 32%), light cane sugar*, semi-wholemeal rice flour*, raising agent* (potato starch*, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate), acacia gum*. *from organic farming.

Usage
Preparation time approx. 10 minutes.
Add yourself: 60 ml milk or vegetable drink, 90 g butter or margarine, 3 eggs (at room temperature).

1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Place the cake mix in a bowl and add the milk, butter and eggs.
3) Mix everything with a whisk or mixer for a few minutes until the batter is light and airy.
4) Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake the chocolate cake for about 30 minutes.
