Usage Gluten-free bread recipe: Mix 13g of Mix"Gom" with 500g of flour of your choice. Add: 25g of Sarrasin or Quinoa (or 5g of yeast) + 10g of salt + 1 tablespoon of olive oil + 400-450ml of lukewarm water. Pour into a loaf pan, leave to rest for 1.5-2 hours in a moderately heated place, then bake for 45-50 minutes at 200-230°C (7-8).
