Biodynamic farming goes a step further than organic. Demeter-certified farmers must meet extra high standards. A German family business has been making freshly pressed juices since 1936. They source their biodynamic apples from biodynamic growers who work year after year to build up living soil, from which they themselves and generations after them can harvest. The fruit trees grow on their own strength. They are deeply rooted in the soil and are naturally strong. Immediately after harvesting, the sun-ripened fruit is pressed and bottled; the unfiltered juice is not from concentrate and is briefly heated to extend its shelf life. Flavorful, wholesome, and vital juices, close to nature. The apples come from orchards, including those in Germany. Fruit trees are valuable for insects, birds, and thus add color and life to the landscape. The hint of ginger gives a delicious twist to this juice.
