Green tea (Camellia sinensis), nettle (Urtica), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), peppermint (Mentha piperita), turmeric (Curcuma Longa), zinc citrate (= 5 mg zinc = 50% of the Recommended Daily Allowance), spirulina (Spirulina plantensis), chlorella (Chlorella Pyrenoidosa C.).
Usage
Let the tea bag steep in 200 ml of boiled water for at least 3 to 5 minutes before drinking the tea.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry, dark place.
