Use
Add 3 drops to a glass of drinking water (200ml – 250ml). This will increase the pH value of the water, creating alkaline water. Stir briefly and then drink. Do this 5 times a day, for the best results, distributed throughout the day on as empty a stomach as possible (e.g., after waking up and before going to bed, as well as 20 minutes before or one and a half hours after a meal).
