Folic acid
Folate, for women who want to conceive. Folic acid supplementation increases the mother's folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. Neural tube defects have multiple risk factors. Reducing one of these factors may or may not have a beneficial effect. A beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid intake of 400 mcg per day, for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D supports the immune system and has a beneficial effect on the cell division process.
Iron
Iron activates your body's natural energy, contributes to extra energy in case of fatigue and is good for the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
