Super Fish Oil Omega 3 contains a high dose of Omega 3, as well as Omega 6 and Vitamin E.

Claims
The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA). Furthermore, DHA is good for brain function and vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA). Vitamin E helps protect healthy body cells.
