Ingredients
Filler (Microcrystalline cellulose), Valerian, California poppy, Chamomile, Lavender oil, Coating (Hydroxypropylcellulose), Anti-caking agents (Croscarmellose sodium, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Black mulberry.

Usage
Take 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime with plenty of water. Preferably take at a fixed time. Use is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Not to be used by children under 3 years of age.
