Ingredients
Bulking agent (Potato starch), Rhodiola Rosea, Capsule shell (HPMC), Red Stinkwood bark, Black Cohosh, Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Thickener (Sunflower oil), Zinc, Selenium.

Usage
1 capsule once daily, preferably with a meal, taken with plenty of water.This product is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with liver problems.
