Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, Fillers (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch), Hippophae rhamnoides extract, Maca extract, Capsicum annuum L. var. extract, Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Talc Powder, Iron Oxide), Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2.

Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet once daily with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Only suitable for post-menopausal women. Do not use with coumarin derivatives, such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon, due to interactions. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.
