Usage
1. Place the posture corrector over the shoulders.

2. The posture corrector can be adjusted at the front and back to the correct size. It's best to have someone else adjust the back.

3. For optimal results, wear the posture corrector for at least 4 to 6 hours during the day while doing your usual daily activities. This will help you adopt a straighter posture and reduce shoulder, neck, or back pain.
