Cold water fish contain a high dose of Omega 3. The capsule is made of fish gelatin, so the capsule contains 100% pure Fish Oil.

Claims
The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA) and blood pressure (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g EPA and DHA). In addition, DHA is good for brain function and eyesight (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA). Furthermore, maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyesight in the fetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of Omega 3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA).
