Coldwater fish contain a high dose of Omega 3. The shell is made of fish gelatin, so the capsule contains only 100% pure fish oil.

The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA) and blood pressure (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g EPA and DHA).
In addition, DHA is good for brain function and vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA).
In addition, maternal DHA intake contributes to the normal brain and vision development of the foetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of Omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA).
