The Omega 3-6-9 Fatty Acid capsules contain no salt and no added sugars. In addition to Soy, Fish, and Lactose, the capsules contain no other allergens.

The capsules can be opened and mixed into, for example, yogurt.

Ingredients
FISH fatty acid concentrate (contains SOY, MILK, LACTOSE, Bovine gelatin, Borage oil, Fillers (Potato starch, Talc), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate).

Use
Take two capsules once daily with plenty of water or open them and mix with, for example, yogurt or juice.
