When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. Lucovitaal® Night Rest Tablets contain, among other things, California poppy, oat straw, valerian extract and lemon balm and contribute to a good night's sleep*. A good night's sleep is important for the relaxation of both body and mind. California poppy, also known as sleep poppy, contributes to relaxation*. Oat straw seeds contain alkaloids, such as Gramine and Adenine, as well as minerals such as Iron, Manganese and Zinc. The oat alkaloids also have a relaxing effect*. Oat straw provides a general feeling of calm and supports a relaxed and natural sleep*. Valerian extract contains an essential oil that has soothing properties*. The effect of Valerian has been known for centuries. Lemon balm also has soothing and relaxing properties for body and mind*

Use
Take 4 tablets with water or milk 15 minutes before going to bed.
