Vitamins, minerals, coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, talc powder), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl starch), herbs, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, lutein, zeaxanthin. (Contains IODINE)

Usage
Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with plenty of water. Not suitable for children up to and including 12 years of age. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. EGCG stands for Epigallocatechin-3-gallate.
