Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm promotes natural and healthy sleep. Lemon Balm grows mainly in Southern Europe and smells of lemon.
Melatonin
Melatonin is a substance produced by the pineal gland, which means it occurs naturally in your body. The production of this hormone increases when it gets dark, preparing the body for sleep.
Hops
Hops are a plant from the hemp family, which grows wild in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Ingredients
Lemon Balm, Grapefruit juice (concentrate), Hops, Peppermint, Licorice root, Natural flavouring, Melatonin.
Instructions for use
Steep the tea bag for at least 2 to 3 minutes in 200 ml of hot water (80-90˚C) before drinking the tea. Drink 1 cup of tea 1 to 2 hours before going to bed. Do not exceed the daily dose. The tea is sugar-free and can also be consumed after brushing your teeth.
