High-quality multifloral Manuka honey from New Zealand. This Manuka honey is MGO-certified and tested by independent laboratories, and contains at least 40 mg of methylglyoxal per kilogram of honey. The MGO (methylglyoxal) content of Manuka honey is derived from the amount of dihydroxyacetone (DHA) naturally occurring in the nectar of the Manuka bush. The Manuka bush is a unique plant that grows almost exclusively in New Zealand.

Usage
Take one teaspoon daily. The honey can be mixed or taken neat. It's also wonderful on the skin, for example, as a mask.
Natural crystallization can occur. In that case, microwave the honey for a few seconds or place it in a pan of lukewarm water. Be careful not to overheat the honey, as this can destroy valuable enzymes.
