The powder has a neutral taste, contains a highly absorbable form of Magnesium: citrate, and is easily soluble in water, sports drinks or other beverages, as well as in smoothies, yoghurt or quark.

Magnesium citrate powder, with no added ingredients.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (= 2.5 grams) daily in water, sports drink or fruit juice. Stir well; the powder will dissolve in 1 minute.When using in smoothies or yoghurt: first dissolve the powder in a little water before mixing. Always use a clean, dry teaspoon to scoop the powder from the container.
