Usage
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (2.5 grams) daily in water, sports drink, or fruit juice. Stir well; the powder will dissolve after 1 minute.
When using in smoothies or yogurt: dissolve the powder in some water before blending. Always scoop the powder out of the jar with a clean, dry teaspoon.
Storage instructions
Store dry, closed and at room temperature.
