This product contains added Magnesium carbonate and citric acid, which gives the drink a refreshing taste and, after dissolving in water, transforms it into Magnesium citrate; a highly absorbable form of Magnesium.

Magnesium is good for muscle function and the nervous system, contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and teeth, and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Magnesium (Magnesium carbonate), Acidity regulator (Citric acid), Acidity regulator (Sodium bicarbonate), Bulking agent (Sorbitol), Flavouring (Wild berry flavour), Red beetroot juice powder, Anti-caking agent (Polyethylene glycol), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) once daily and take. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
