Lucovitaal Magnesium bath crystals
Contains pure magnesium chloride, which is absorbed through the skin. A bath with Lucovitaal 100% pure magnesium bath crystals is the perfect way to relax after a long day or a strenuous workout. The magnesium is absorbed by the skin tissue. ¹Taking a (foot) bath with these magnesium bath crystals promotes recovery, soothes and relaxes sensitive muscles. It also helps the body and mind relax and de-stress. ²When used as a scrub in the shower, the crystals' exfoliating action removes dead skin cells, thus purifying the skin.
Naturally contains potassium, sodium, calcium, bromine, strontium, manganese, iron, and sulfate. A special process is used to produce magnesium oil bath crystals. When heated to 165°C, magnesium returns to its solid state as magnesium chloride, also known as bischofite.

100% pure Magnesium chloride.
Usage
Foot bath: Add a handful (approximately 50 to 75 grams) of magnesium bath crystals to 5 liters of warm (approximately 37 degrees) water as needed. This is enough to enjoy a relaxing foot bath for at least 20 minutes.
Bath: Add 1 to 3 handfuls (approximately 150 to 225 grams) of Magnesium Bath Crystals to a full bath of warm water (approximately 37 degrees Celsius) as needed. This is enough to enjoy a relaxing bath for at least 20 minutes. For a more intensive treatment, more magnesium can be added. We recommend repeating this 1 to 2 times a week.
Shower: Use the bath crystals in the shower as needed for a skin exfoliation treatment. Rinse your skin with water afterwards.
Storage advice
Keep out of reach of young children. Close the bag immediately after use. Magnesium attracts moisture, causing the crystals to clump and harden. Avoid contact with eyes.
