Ingredients
Magnesium, Microcrystalline cellulose, Povidone K30, Croscarmellose sodium, Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Calcium carbonate, Polyvinyl alcohol, Polyvinylpyrrolidone), Vitamin D3, Piper Nigrum, Vitamin B6, Povidone K90, Magnesium salts from free fatty acids.

Usage
Take 2 tablets once daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
May have a laxative effect.
