Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:
Maca (Lepidium meyenii) 4:1 extract, equivalent to 1500mg	375 mg
Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) 10:1 extract, equivalent to 500mg	50 mg

Ingredients
Maca, bulking agents (calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), shilajit, anti-caking agents (polyvinylpolyrrolidone, magnesium salts of free fatty acids, silicon dioxide), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol).

Usage
Take 1 tablet once a day with plenty of water.
