This Lucovitaal Super Flaxseed Oil is naturally rich in plant-based omega-3-6-9 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is a naturally rich, plant-based source of the omega-3-6-9 essential fatty acids linolenic acid, linoleic acid, and oleic acid.
A daily intake of 2 grams of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid is good for cholesterol.
