Usage
Adults: Take one stick once a day with a meal. Consume immediately without water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This product is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age and for kidney patients.
High iron intake by young children can be toxic.
If you take more than one stick, consult a doctor immediately.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
