Ingredients
Green tea extract, licorice, gelatin, Chinese ginseng root, parsley, chili pepper, ginkgo biloba extract, minerals: Chromium (chromium picolinate), Manganese (manganese sulphate), Iodine (potassium iodide), Zinc (zinc sulphate), Selenium (selenium methionine).

Usage
Take 2 capsules with plenty of water. Preferably 1 during breakfast and 1 during dinner. Green tea: Maximum ECGC dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage advice
Store in a well-closed container at room temperature (15 - 25°C) Contains licorice, people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
